The agency sets up the assignment with its compensation model, factors and shifts. The consultant accepts in the app.
Clocking and disturbances
Clock-ins, breaks and on-call disturbances are recorded on the phone, rounded by the region's rules.
Time report
The period adds up in the region's own form: ordinary hours, on-call, standby, factor hours and the amount.
BankID signing
The consultant, the client and the agency sign in turn. The evidence is kept and the report is locked.
Invoice or pay
Own company: an invoice with OCR, code line and the banks' QR code. Employed: payslip, employer declaration and bank file.

Frequently asked
Does the client need an account?
No. The unit manager gets a secure link by email and SMS, reads the report and signs with BankID. No account, no password.
How do you sign in?
With your personal identity number and a password, plus a one-time code on a new device. BankID is used for signing, never for signing in.
Which regions' forms are supported?
The national factor model and Norrbotten's availability model from the start. More regions' layouts are added as their forms arrive.
Can the bank app read the invoice?
Yes. The invoice PDF carries a payment slip with the OCR reference, a code line in OCR-B and the banks' invoice QR code.
Where is the data kept?
On servers in the EU. Identity numbers, account numbers and pay data are encrypted, and signed time reports are kept with their BankID evidence as the Bookkeeping Act requires.
